ALLAN SOTO
Founder & CEO
Allan Soto has built his career around a simple mission—helping people thrive. After graduating from The Johns Hopkins University, a chance call from his uncle led him to start an assisted living group at the age of 23, growing it from a single home into nearly 50 locations serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Wanting to make an impact earlier in life, he launched ABLE Kids in 2016, now helping children with autism at 23 centers (and growing) across the Southeast. Allan is excited to get back to his roots of providing world-class care and support for adults with IDD and their families through Agape ILG.
Favorite Movie: Rudy …I’m a sucker for a good underdog story, and the first Vaughn/Favreau collab.
Dream Travel: Being Cuban, I would love to travel to Cuba one day
Favorite Quote: “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible!”
Random Fact: During a creative airline promotion, Allan capitalized on an unconventional opportunity, turning discarded fast-food cups into $10K in profit. That initial seed money became the foundation for launching his first company.
