As our Executive Director, Helen brings with her over a decade of experience serving individuals with special needs! In 2014 after trying her hand at post-surgical orthopedic care in a hospital setting, she quickly transitioned into a 4-person residential setting for adults with IDD. From there, she advanced into the role of residential supervisor managing the home and providing her support and leadership to the team. Her compassion, skillset, and determination continued her advancement within the company from 2016: Day Learning Supports and a Day Site Leader to 2017: Director of Host Home Program then 2018: Administrative Role overseeing an agency that served 250 individuals with IDD and most recently 2022: Compliance and Quality Director.

She’s an expert at relationship building, leading with compassion, writing policies and procedures, caring for both her team and residents, and so much more. We’re excited to continue to see Helen’s leadership in action!
