James Morris

Operations Team

James Morris has been serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 2012. Over the years, he has worked as a Direct Care Staff, Case Manager, Trainer, Support Coordinator, and in Human Resources. This wide range of experience has given him a deep understanding of the field and a strong commitment to helping others succeed. He is known for building strong relationships and creating environments where individuals feel valued and supported. Through each role, he has helped individuals not only meet goals but also discover new possibilities for their future.

For James, the most rewarding part of his work is walking alongside individuals as they pursue their dreams and reach their personal goals. His pastoral calling fuels the same compassion and commitment he brings to his profession, reminding him that serving people is both his purpose and his passion.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and cheering on Georgia Football. Go Dawgs!
